Discussion List Overview...

Riverbound is a non-profit, pansexual BDSM educational group located in the Quad Cities area of Iowa and Illinois. Our group is open to those age 21 or older who are interested in BDSM and D/s including lifestylers, casual players or simply those interested in learning more about this lifestyle. Members participate in the operation and planning of our events and functions. The group focuses on member interests, needs, wants and desires. Our success depends on our members' willingness to work together to achieve a set of common objectives.

We host several educational and social events each month designed to help our members learn, live and practice the BDSM lifestyle safely. We also host an online Discussion List which is free and open to anyone who qualifies for membership based on the rules above. For more details, plus instructions on how to post to our list or to subscribe, visit: visit our listinfo page, our subscribe page or our post page.

Only approved members can post to our Discussion List. New members must be approved before they post. These are spam protection measures. There are no exceptions. All messages posted must be relevant and on-topic. We invite and encourage posts of interest to our members; but spamming is not allowed. Posting commercial messages without our pre-approval could get you banned. Contact our board for ad and sponsorship details.

Be aware that conversations in our Discussion List can go in almost any direction! Our discussions are free-wheeling and uncensored except by the rules of propriety, decency and common sense in what is essentially our private forum. Sadly, not everyone agrees on precisely what those standards mean. As a result, every so often we're forced to draw the line and say, "Enough is enough!"; but we do try hard to avoid censorship. On the other hand, insults or words designed to offend, injure or publicly embarrass others are unwelcome in our list because they're likely to cause trouble. So please do us all a favor: Put your brain in gear before you speak. Thanks! :-)
